A kitchen was a big plus. The outlets at orange was just a short distance away. Location was GREAT for our vacation. We looked for a hotel where an outdoor pool was available, and highway was adjacent to the building.

good size room for 3 adults and two small children. Nice staff.
Hotel was nice except for kitchen which was very outdated and had no pots or pans for cooking. Nice linens, couch, beds etc. Walls, woodwork and kitchen took away from that and made it feel a little tired and old. All around we enjoyed our stay. Big clean rooms.

the rooms were spacious for a family the rooms were clean and neat. restrooms were clean and nice. It made me at home away from home. Kids love the pool, the breakfast was great perferct for the family, price was really good. I felt like i cheated you on the price it was really good experience, I will be recomending it to my friends and family for their trips to Disneyland and LA.
The only thing if any was the limited seating space during the breakfast but then again there was room on the second floor.

Cleaning/maid staff was through. Close to shopping/disneyland.
The staff at the check in desk was very unhelpful an showed no compassion to our needs/concerns.

The ambiance was excellent. We were in the middle of the city and the feel was relaxing. The landscape was beautiful and the rooms were clean. The design of the room made it feel spacious.

The room had a full kitchen and even though check in was a nightmare the woman in the morning was awesome and so was the free breakfast.
Make sure you print and bring your comformation because Ashwin was not nice nor help and charged me to much and refused to listen to me when I told him that my booking was for $69. Oh and they are about 4 miles from Disneyland and tuck back in the corner was hard to find

My two young children and I are accompanying my husband, while he is traveling for his business. We have been away from home for a month, and we were very happy to find a clean, affordable suite with a full kitchen. We had plenty of room, & the kids really enjoyed the fenced patio, small though it was. We had to drive a bit to get to family friendly attractions, but found plenty to do. There is nice park not far away, and Old Town was close & fun to explore.
Laundry machines were somewhat expensive.

This hotel was horrible! Flat screen T.v in wall poor reception for cable. Small beds, leaky faucets. One phone in room was just for show..NEVER Again. They have to check your room at checkout so you can get your deposit. Lame!!

THe rooms we ended up with were nice and spacious.
We were traveling with 4 adults and 7 children under 11 years of age. After we unloaded all of our belongs to our two rooms we realized that one of the rooms electricity was broken and it wasn;t the breaker. After we moved rooms and all of our belongings we were moved by a group of adults that were smoking marijiuana. After i spoke to the front desk about moving us due to not wanting the young children around that...all in all it was a bad experience and would never stay or sugest this hotel to anyone.

Location and spacious
While using shower there the water would go from cold to burning hot that I think was very unsafe for my small children. That really should be fixed before it causes a problem.

A great location, in a nice, safe, and remarkably quiet area of Anaheim, but literally minutes by car from everything and conveniently right off the freeway. The room was clean, nicely appointed and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A great value, especially in Anaheim! The staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was great!
